Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Elk Creek Trailers, we offer two convenient options for receiving your custom-built restroom or specialty trailer: free pickup at our factory location in Overgaard, Arizona, or delivery to your location using professional independent drivers for an additional charge.

Pickup Option

Customers may pick up their trailer at no charge from our factory location:

If you would like to arrange a pickup, please contact us in advance to schedule a date and time. We will ensure your trailer is prepared and ready for you upon arrival. Customers picking up their trailer are responsible for providing an appropriate tow vehicle and any necessary hitching equipment. Our team will be available on-site to walk you through your trailer and answer any questions before you head out.

Delivery Services

Delivery is available for an additional charge using independent professional drivers. Current delivery rates average $1.75 to $2.00 per mile, calculated from our factory location in Overgaard, Arizona to your delivery destination. Delivery rates are subject to change based on fuel prices and market conditions.

All deliveries are performed by fully insured independent drivers who are experienced in transporting and delivering new trailers. Delivery availability, scheduling, and final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order.

Delivery Scheduling & Timelines

Once your trailer is complete and the final balance has been paid in full, we will coordinate delivery scheduling with you and the assigned driver. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on driver availability, distance, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control. We will keep you informed throughout the process and provide updates as your delivery date approaches.

Delivery Location Requirements

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery location is accessible for a large transport vehicle and trailer. This includes adequate road width, overhead clearance, turning radius, and a suitable surface for safe unloading and placement. If a delivery cannot be completed due to site accessibility issues, additional fees may apply for redelivery, return trips, or storage.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Whether your trailer is delivered or picked up, we strongly recommend conducting a thorough inspection at the time of receipt. If your trailer is delivered, please check for any damage that may have occurred during transport and note any concerns on the delivery receipt or bill of lading before signing. If you discover any damage or issues, contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Transport Damage

Elk Creek Trailers is not responsible for damage that occurs during transport by independent delivery drivers. All delivery drivers carry their own insurance to cover damage that may occur in transit. If you notice any damage upon delivery, please document it with photographs at the time of receipt, note it on the delivery paperwork, and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you in resolving the issue with the driver's insurance provider.
